IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER2008 Pack 303 Popcorn Info ****Important Dates to Remember*****Monday, September 8, 2008, 6:30pm: Pack 303 Popcorn Kickoff. *October 10, 17, 24 Sales sheet Fill-It-Up! Days. (see packet sheet) *Monday, November 3, 2008 Through Wednesday November 5, 2008: All orders with money collected to this date due. Also turn in your prize selection with order. (Note: Orders WILL NOT be taken after these dates) *Thursday, November 6, 2008: Popcorn Kernel turns in the final order to the district for Pack 303’s popcorn and individual prizes. (Note: This is why the November 5th date is essential.) *Friday/Saturday, November 21-22, 2008: Popcorn pickup. At the Forest Park United Methodist Church annex building, (long building in back of the church). Friday from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to Noon. If necessary, other arrangements can be made for those unable to pickup on these dates. Call the Kernel at 872-1910 or 819-3087 (cell) to make these arrangements. *Saturday, December 13, 2008: Sportsman’s day for all boys who sold $600 or more. *Monday, December 15, 2008: POPCORN MONEY DUE IN FULL! Pack Kernel distributes prizes to every scout who has sold at least one item and whose order is paid. WARNING: Unless other arrangements are made, an individual scout’s prizes will be held until his order is paid in full. The Kernel will turn over all records of unclaimed prizes and uncollected funds to the Pack Treasurer after he distributes prizes.) ****End of Campaign Prizes**** * 600 Club: Scout qualifies for Sportsman’s day by selling $600 or more. See flyer in envelope for details. * Brochure Prizes: Prizes are selected on the basis of sales. The minimum prize will be a nice patch. Note: If you qualify for Sportsman’s day, then you may also select your total amount from the brochure. ****Sales Goals**** Pack 303 Goal is to exceed last year’s sales total of $4,119. This will enable the pack to earn a 10% bonus for all sales above that amount. Individual Goals are set by the scout.
